Iranian documentary ‘Footwriting’ with a focus a disabled person writing with his feet is to be screened at the Calcutta Int’l Cult Filmfest, India.
Directed by Saadatali Saeedpour, the documentary is about the life of a young disabled artist from the city of Tabriz.
‘Footwriting’ narrates the story of Rahim Azimi, a painter who uses his feet instead of hands to do his daily tasks and create art pieces.
Calcutta International Cult Film Festival (CICFF) is a monthly live screening film festival, opened in November 2016, with a yearly live screening mega event scheduled for October 2017.
The sole purpose of CICFF is to develop a film culture that inspires and brings together cross-cultural innovations that enrich people’s lives with entertainment and services that inform, educate and entertain.
